The MSCA doctoral network MeChaNiSM was funded by the European Union with
Prof. Stephanie Kath-Schorr as member.

Coordination: Fredrik Westerlund, Chalmers University of Technology, Göteborg.

The project is based on single molecule analysis for studying nucleic acids. The aim is to better understand how nucleic acids interact with other molecules such as therapeutics, and study the effect of modified fluorescent nucleotides on the shape of DNA and RNA.
